Honey glazed pork

Ingredients List

  • Pork loins/chops
  • balsamic vinegar
  • runny honey
  • lime


  1. season pork with salt and pepper
  2. pan fry until nearly cooked
  3. take out the pan
  4. add balsamic vinegar, honey and the juice of one lime
  5. reduce too a thick syrup
  6. put the pork back in the pan to coat

Notes & thoughts

Another option is to do the glaze is a separate pan and brush the pork in another pan, turning often. The pork might look a bit burnt but remember the honey might need to caramelise
