Honey glazed pork
Ingredients List
- Pork loins/chops
- balsamic vinegar
- runny honey
- lime
Method
- season pork with salt and pepper
- pan fry until nearly cooked
- take out the pan
- add balsamic vinegar, honey and the juice of one lime
- reduce too a thick syrup
- put the pork back in the pan to coat
Notes & thoughts
Another option is to do the glaze is a separate pan and brush the pork in another pan, turning often. The pork might look a bit burnt but remember the honey might need to caramelise
