Pan fried duck

Ingredients List

  • oven at 220
  • pat dry the meat,
  • score the skin
  • place in a cold pan skin side down and turn the heat to medium
  • leave for 6 minutes
  • turn and brown the other sides for 4 minutes
  • finish in the oven if needed
