Pan fried duck

Ingredients List
- oven at 220
- pat dry the meat,
- score the skin
- place in a cold pan skin side down and turn the heat to medium
- leave for 6 minutes
- turn and brown the other sides for 4 minutes
- finish in the oven if needed
