Charred little gem with goats cheese pomegranete and pecans

Notes & thoughts

Cut the little gem lettuce lengthwise through the root , don't peel. Put it on a grill plate on a medium-high heat with the flat side down. Serve on a warm plate, with chunks of hard goats cheese, sprinkle pomegranate and chopped pecans over it. Make sure you use hard goats cheese.
